Who are the people behind the ICON blog?

ICON blog team

We are a team of Learning & Development Specialists and Learning Designers. Together we decide in our editorial meetings on the next topics to cover in our posts.

Our Learning and Development Specialists are then responsible for editing the content. These are Beatrix Weber, Isabell Reinhold, Nadine Kowalski and Doris Jandel. When they are not writing blog posts, they are consultants and contact persons for our customers. They are responsible for the management, conception and writing of scripts and storyboards in ICON’s projects.

Our Learning Designers have taken over the graphic design of the articles and the blog as well as its technical development. The Learning Designers involved in this are Fabian Surburg, Sabine Santjaka, Lars Werner and Nico Traber. In our projects they take over the design and development of digital learning formats, design user-friendly e-learning platforms and are the contact persons for our customers concerning animation and design.

The teamwork at ICON as well as in this blog, leads to the convincing results we achieved so far.

On this blog we’d like to exchange ideas and thoughts with you and potentially develop them further.
